For the month of March 2024, we choose Louisiana Advocates for Immigrants in Detention<\/a> and more specifically Home is Here Shreveport.<\/p>\n

Our Home is Here group here in Shreveport has a sponsoree who has been living here for several months.\u00a0 His asylum process is still in progress so he can use our help as he continues to build a life here.<\/p>\n

Two ways to donate:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Online<\/strong> — Go to our donation site using this link<\/a>.\u00a0 If you are paying your pledge, select “2024 Pledges” and enter that amount for your pledge contribution.\u00a0 Then select “Collection Plate” to give the amount you would like to give to the Louisiana Advocates for Immigrants in Detention and then put “GATP MAR 2024” or “Louisiana Advocates for Immigrants in Detention” in the comment section.\u00a0 All online collection plate contributions for the month of March 2024 will go to the Louisiana Advocates for Immigrants in Detention.<\/p>\n
