worship service.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Make us, ourselves, to be true friends to animals and so to share the blessings of the merciful.&#8221; &#8211; Albert Schweitzer<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Our annual tribute to the companions who share our home in the interdependent web of all existence.<\/p>\n<p>Today they join us for worship in the sanctuary and it&#8217;s OK if some of them decide to sing along with the hymns.<\/p>\n<p>Please bring your pet either on a leash or confined in a carrier. \u00a0Even the most docile animals can behave unpredictably in strange circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not currently have a pet or yours is not ready for prime time, please feel free to bring a picture or a stuffed animal to be blessed.<\/p>\n<p>This service is intergenerational &#8212;
