{"id":813,"date":"2011-10-29T09:52:19","date_gmt":"2011-10-29T14:52:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/allsoulsuushreveport.org\/cms\/?p=813"},"modified":"2018-06-09T21:59:09","modified_gmt":"2018-06-10T02:59:09","slug":"the-new-uu-adult-religious-education-class-1-november-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/allsoulsshreveport.org\/site\/2011\/10\/29\/the-new-uu-adult-religious-education-class-1-november-2011\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;The New UU&#8221; Adult Religious Education Class &#8212; 1 November 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday (1 November 2011) at 6:30 PM, we will be exploring &#8220;Our Tradition of Social Justice.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->&#8220;The New UU&#8221; class meets every Tuesday between 4 October 2011 and 22 November 2011 at 6:30 PM.<\/p>\n<p>This class is also great for the not-so-new UU \u2014 we will offer an overview of Unitarian Universalist history, religious education, polity and governance and our tradition of social justice.<\/p>\n<p>We provide you with a chance to learn more about our congregation and our faith, and to form closer relationships within a small group of fellow members and friends. All sessions are open to newcomers \u2014 although we do encourage you to take the complete series of classes when you can.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no class on Tuesday, 15 November 2011 because of the Board and Council Meeting.
