For April 2011, the All Souls Program Council has selected Betty Parent as our Volunteer of the Month.
Hard work is the description that comes to mind when one thinks of April’s Volunteer of Month. Buildings and Grounds is a big responsibility. Betty has to deal with such diverse needs as the yard work (trimming, mowing, blowing), beautification of the yard and building, as well as the building maintenance (cleaning, painting, repairing). Often she has to get bids on projects to present to the Board. If you have dealt with a contractor that you think she should know about, please let Betty know. As often as Betty Parent is here, the Council is sure that she can make good use of the Volunteer of Month parking space.
