Please join us on Saturday (9 May 2015) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for our monthly building and grounds work day.
Rain or shine, inside or out — this work day will go on as scheduled.
If the weather cooperates, we’ll continue work on the nature trail and other outside tasks.
But we also have things to do inside.
Come one, come all, young and old, great and small, and we will put you to work!
Stay the whole time or give as much time as you have to spare (even if it’s just to drop off snacks for the crew).
Most of the work to maintain our building and grounds is done by volunteers. It’s a great way to build community and get to know your All Souls community better.

Please make every effort to attend.
All active members should attend this meeting or give their proxies to those who can attend. Inactive members and friends of the church are invited and encouraged to participate, but bylaws stipulate that only those members who have been active 30 days or longer may vote.
We must have a quorum. Child care provided.
Please join us on Saturday (10 January 2015) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for our monthly building and grounds work day.
Not only will there be free donuts but a free workout to burn them off.
At last Sunday’s congregational business meeting (14 December 2014), our members approved several changes to our bylaws. The revised bylaws are now online in PDF format:
Our monthly building and grounds work day is happening today (Saturday, 14 December 2014) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Weather permitting, work on the nature trail will continue.
If weather or your own preference determines an indoor mission, there are plenty of tasks available there, too.
Remember that we are the owners of our church building and that most of the work to maintain it is done by volunteers. It’s also a great way to form friendships and build community — working side by side to beautify our space.
The Congregational Meeting has been moved to 12:30 PM on Sunday, 14 December 2014, in the Sanctuary.

Please join us on Saturday (22 November 2014) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for a special nature train building and grounds work day.
We will continue to work on refurbishing the beautiful All Souls nature trail. If you are looking for something to do on a Saturday that will help you build community with friends, get you outdoors and moving, and help to restore a treasure right outside or doors, then it’s probably time for a good “RANT” (“Restore All Souls Nature Trail”).

Special Volunteer Bonus — The family from Friday’s memorial service has graciously left us a huge pan of Shaver’s jambalaya for our dedicated volunteers.
