Pride In The Park Tomorrow (Saturday, 12 April 2025)
The annual Pride in the Park celebration is happening on Saturday (12 April 2025) from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Columbia Park.
This is a fun and family-friendly event — we hope the terrific weather forecast holds for next Saturday.
Steve Caldwell is coordinating our booth at Pride this year and he can use help with the following tasks:
- Setup (no official time yet but we are estimating 10:00 AM unless we hear otherwise)
- Staffing our booth throughout the day
- Breakdown at 3:00 PM

Monthly Building and Grounds Work Day Tomorrow (Saturday, 12 April 2025)
Our monthly building and grounds work day happens on the second Saturday on the month.
For April 2025, the work day will happen on Saturday (12 April 2025) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
We are switching over to our summer hours for the monthly building and grounds work day to avoid the summertime heat.
There are tasks indoors and out for all ages and abilities along with snacks for the volunteers.
This is a great way to build relationships with your All Souls community — working side by side to maintain the physical structure of our spiritual home.

Field Gay (29 March 2025)
ShrevePride‘s Field Gay is happening on Saturday (29 March 2025) and All Souls is asking for your help.
Field Gay is a fun day of games based on the idea of Field Day in elementary school.
Whether you play the games or not, it’s also a fun day for visiting the different vendors and information tables, watching the games, and seeing your friends.
All Souls will have a booth there and we can use some volunteers to help.
We need help with the following tasks:
- Setup — 8:00 AM
- Staffing our booth throughout the day (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Breakdown — 3:00 PM

Vegan Potluck and Seaspiracy Documentary Screening (23 March 2025)
Please join us on Sunday (23 March 2025) for a vegan potluck and a screening of the documentary film Seaspiracy hosted by the All Souls Peace Alliance.
The potluck and film screening will happen after the 11:00 AM service is finished.
Bring a vegan dish to pass and join us for this documentary by British filmmaker Ali Tabrizi that explores the environmental impact of commercial fishing.
The Peace Alliance is a group exploring veganism as a path to peace — forsaking both the cruelty and the environmental damage of factory farming and commercial fishing.
Exploring veganism need not be an all-or-nothing or all-at-once proposition. Join us to learn about changes large and small that you can make.
