Please join us on Thursday (2 November 2023) from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM for the Community Lighthouse launch at Morning Star Baptist Church (5340 Jewella Avenue, Shreveport LA)
This is the first launch of the two pilot locations for the Community Lighthouse and our block-by-block strategy to build resilient neighborhoods.
Fill out a registration card at church on Sunday or go to online to register.
Join us next Saturday (28 October 2023) from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for our annual Trunk or Treat celebration.
Decorate your car and bring treats and/or a game, craft, or activity for children who come trick-or-treating to your car.
All ages are welcome to join the fun.

The October 2023 building and grounds work day has moved to 21 October 2023 from 1000 AM to 200 PM.
We usually have the monthly building and grounds work day on the second Saturday of each month. However, we had a wedding on the second Saturday of October 2023.

Because the Blessing of the Animals worship service is a celebration for all ages, there will be no children or youth religious education classes for this Sunday (1 October 2023).
Both children and youth religious education classes will return on Sunday (8 October 2023).
