There are tasks indoors and out for all ages and abilities — come for the whole time or for whatever part of the day you can make it.
Vaccinated or not vaccinated — please wear your mask when you are working near others. Hope to see you there.

Announcement of Congregational Meeting (30 May 2021)
In accordance with the bylaws of All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church, the congregation will meet on Sunday, 30 May 2021, at 12:30 PM via Zoom.
On the agenda:
- A vote on the slate of officers for the Board of Directors (2021-22 term)
- A vote on the members of the Committee on Ministry (2021-22 term)

Building and Grounds Work Day — 10 April 2021
Please join us this Saturday (10 April 2021) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for our monthly building and grounds work day.
We have been pretty good at working safely, wearing our masks, and taking care of our physical church home until we can meet together in person again.
And the time when we can come together in person again is not yet here but it’s coming closer.
The time to work on getting our house ready to welcome everyone back is now.
Safe and socially distanced tasks inside and outside (weather permitting).
Wear your mask, bring your own snacks, and join us for all or part of the time.

On Sunday (13 December 2020) at 12:30 PM, All Souls will hold a congregational meeting online via Zoom.
All are welcome although only active members may vote.
On the agenda:
- A vote on the 2021 budget.
- Changes to the bylaws (These are non-controversial updates and can be found here. The purpose of these revisions is to streamline the language. Proposed changes are highlighted in green and language to be struck is highlighted in dark red)
- Selection of the Nominating Committee members by congregation
- Ratification of the Eighth Principle by our congregation

Highland Christmas Shoppe (Saturday, 12 December 2020)
This event is happening next Saturday (12 December 2020) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last shoppers are admitted at 3:30 PM).
What is needed:
- Donations of new gift items for children and adults costing $20 or less including toys, clothing for children and adults, household items, miscellaneous fun gifts, etc.
- Gifts can be dropped off at the Highland Center (520 Olive Street, Shreveport LA 71104 using the Topeka Street entrance in the rear) all this week during business hours.
- Or you may order from their Amazon Wish List here. These items are made available to shoppers who can purchase them for $5 or less.
- Donations of giftwrap supplies are also needed: paper, tape, ribbon, gift bags, etc.
- Volunteers willing to help with setup, cleanup, guiding shoppers, etc.
The hours are been expanded so that fewer shoppers will be admitted to the building at a time.
Masks are required and social distancing will be practiced to the greatest extent possible.
If you are not high risk for COVID-19 and you are available to help, please sign up here to volunteer.
