Please join us on Sunday (1 May 2022) at 11:00 AM for “Survival Within You and Without You” by Rev. Barbara Jarrell.
We will also hear a guest presentation on Ramadan and the celebration of Eid al Fitr which happens this week.
We will be meeting in the sanctuary for this worship service. Please join us in person at All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church, 9449 Ellerbe Road, Shreveport LA 71106 if you are able to do so.
Our service will also be livestreamed on Facebook Live here if you cannot attend in person.
The number of new COVID cases and hospitalizations has dropped in the Shreveport metro area where we are safe to return to in-person worship.
When we are indoors at All Souls, we will continue to require proof of vaccination for all attendees ages 11 and up. However, if you cannot be vaccinated, we also accept a negative COVID test in the past 24 hours. We are also required the wearing of masks for all in-person attendees.
Religious education classes for children and youth resumes this Sunday as well. The children and youth will be with us for the first 15-20 minutes of the worship service before we sing them out to their classes.
Our May 2022 give-away-the-plate recipient is the United Way of Northwest Louisiana.

We are asking how you feel about that and we want to show the utmost respect for those of you in attendance as we have this discussion.

This is our first in-person Easter worship service in three years.
Our Easter service will feature special music, a communion ritual slightly different from years past (but still with the focus on community), and lots of festivities afterward.
