This is a sitting Buddhist meditation including a brief introduction to mindfulness meditation, 20 minutes of sitting, and followed by a weekly teaching.
The group is free and open to all.

This week we continue our 8th Principle and Anti-Racism exploration.
We will be viewing and discussing two TED Talks videos — “The Urgency of Intersectionality” with Dr. Kimberlé Crenshaw, and “Racism Has a Cost for Everyone” with Heather C. McGhee (the author of The Sum of Us).
