Please join us on Sunday (27 August 2017) at 11:00 AM for “What Sort of Body of Water is This?” by Rev. Barbara Jarrell.

This is our annual celebration of coming back together in community. We are all encouraged to bring a small container of water — whether brought from an ocean far away or from your own kitchen sink — to add to the common bowl as we share our stories of summer.

This need not be a travelogue — some of the greatest journeys happen in our own backyards or simply in our own hearts.

Immediately after this worship service, please join us for our end-of-summer swim party and picnic at the home of Kathy Osuch and Mike Roberts (149 Atlantic Avenue, Shreveport LA).

This Sunday’s Summer Fun activity is Light Drawing with Joshua and Leigh Anne Chambers.

This Sunday’s Summer Fun activity is seed bombs with Cindy Mandarino.  Seed bombs are a creative way to toss a little beauty into places in need of it that might not get regular beautification and care.

Please join us on Sunday (2 July 2017) at 11:00 AM for “But What Kind of Change?” by Rev. Barbara Jarrell.

Working for change requires us to consider the benefit and impact of that change and for whom.  We welcome Barbara back to the pulpit this morning and the All Souls Choir shall sing.

We will also have new members signing the book along with an installation of our new board officers (and grateful farewell to those whose terms are drawing to a close).

A newcomer information session will follow this service.

This week’s summer fun is Yoga with Robin Drury.

Please join us on Sunday (21 May 2017) at 11:00 AM for “Of Joy and Dog Whistles” by Rev. Barbara Jarrell.

The All Souls Choir will sing.

A congregational meeting will follow the service.

Religious education classes for children and youth are offered during the 11:00 AM service — children and youth attend the first 15-20 minutes of the service and then are dismissed to class.

Please join us on Sunday (7 May 2017) at 11:00 AM for “A Thing of Beauty” by Rev. Barbara Jarrell.

To notice beauty each day, in some form or fashion, is to reconnect to the web of life and to our own humanity.

The service will feature music from the All Souls Choir.

Also, two new members will sign the membership book and publicly declare their membership to the wider congregation.

A newcomer information session will take place after the service.
