Barbara Jarrell Concert and CD Release Party — 15 December 2016

Please join us on Thursday (15 December 2016) at 7:00 PM for an evening with Barbara Jarrell and friends.

This concert and CD release party will include performances with Barbara Jarrell and guest musicians TBA –suggested donation of $15.00 at the door.

Barbara’s CDs will be for sale — $10.00 each (just in time for holiday shopping).

All gate proceeds will go to the church as well as $8.00 of every purchase of one of Barbara’s solo CDs.

Heavy hors d’oeuvres, coffee, tea, punch and water available between sets — BYOB if desired.

If you’re one of those people who’ve been listening to Barbara’s music for years and kept asking “Is any of this on CD?” — the answer is “yes.”

And Barbara is giving a benefit concert for the church to celebrate.  The concert will feature music from the CDs as well as other selections not yet released.

2017 Pledge Drive

grouphugchaliceAt All Souls, we endeavor to build a diverse and strong community of people that share a common vision of liberal religion.

Being united by covenant rather than by creed, we find ourselves bound to each other in our daily lives.

It is important therefore to develop a strong community intentionally and bind ourselves fast to each other so that we can all be stronger for it.

Monster Cookie Swap (11 December 2016)

MittenCookiesBring a batch of cookies to swap — make one recipe of your own and take home a variety of cookies.

If you don’t bake, that’s even better.  You can make a donation to All Souls in lieu of providing cookies.  Or you can do both — bring cookies and make a donation.

There are always tons of cookies available — treat yourself to dessert or use them as neighbor / teacher gifts.

Drop your cookies off in the Social Hall prior to the worship service.  The cookie swap will be open before and after the Congregational Meeting.

Stewardship Kickoff Breakfast — Sunday, 25 October 2015

Please joins for our Stewardship Kickoff Breakfast this Sunday (25 October 2015) at 10:00 AM in the Social Hall at the church.

We’re getting closer to the season of giving as we kick off our 2016 Stewardship Campaign.

It’s time to think about what All Souls means to you and what you are able to give back in terms of time, talent, and treasure.

Members have found that when they give in all three ways — to the extent that they are able — they gain a greater sense of ownership in the church.

As Barbara reminds us each Sunday, this church is sustained in every way by its members — and that includes everything from singing in the choir to working on the Building and Grounds to paying the light bill.

  • What is your dream for our church?
  • More outreach?
  • More paid professional musicians to enhance our services?
  • All our building “quirks” magically fixed?
  • ________________ (Your dream here)?

Join us as we dream together and share a delicious breakfast.

If you have a particularly wonderful breakfast item you’d like to bring, or if you’d like to help in some other way, please contact Amanda Lawrence via email or via phone (318-402-3314).
